Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

EUROPEAN Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over €70.

  • For orders under €70, we charge a flat rate of €3.95 for standard shipping.

International Shipping RATES:

We offer international shipping worldwide for a flat rate of €12.95. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping times vary depending on carrier, country, and weather conditions, generally, an order takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date and the cost of sending the return is covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at hola@shop-ocean.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will need to return the item by mail or bring it to the following address:

Refunds:

We will notify you of your refund once we receive and approve your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Or visit us in-store to exchange the item directly. If we don’t have the size or color available your item can be exchanged for store credit or returned for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hola@shop-ocean.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
