Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

EUROPEAN Shipping Rates and Estimates:

• We offer free standard shipping on all domestic (Spain) orders over €70. For orders under €70, we charge a flat rate of €3.95 for standard shipping.

• There is a flat rate of €4.95 for shipping to the rest of the EU. Standard delivery 3-7 days.

• Important: The majority of EU shipping is with InPost, which means your package will always arrive at your nearest pickup point to the address provided at checkout. Only applies to countries that work with InPost: Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal

We offer global shipping worldwide for a flat rate of €22.95. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Please note, if you place an order where we do not ship, it will be cancelled within 24hrs and your money will be refunded using the same method of payment.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date and the cost of sending the return is covered by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:

We will notify you of your refund once we receive and approve your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only valid in store, to exchange an item online you must initiate the returns process and complete a new purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
