If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you make it right — with easy, planet-friendly returns and exchanges.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when you shop with us on www.ocean-store.com.
30-Day Return Window
You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We can’t accept returns for:

Swimwear, underwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

Final-sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
How to Start a Return

Tell us whether you’d like a store credit, or exchange.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please pack your return carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
We want to keep things simple and fair:

Exchanges or store credit: Free return shipping

Refunds to original payment method: €5 return shipping fee (deducted from your refund total)

Faulty or incorrect items: Always free to return
If you’re a first-time customer, your first return is free — no fees, no stress.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
It may take a little longer for your bank or credit provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, we’ll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return (depending on stock availability).
We can also issue store credit immediately if you’d prefer to shop later. Store credit expires within 6 months or issue date.
Sustainability Promise
As a conscious brand, we aim to minimise waste.
All returned items are:

We never discard returned goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund it as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
